IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

NOCO Chocolate offers nation-wide shipping to our customers. We work hard to ensure in the best possible way that our chocolate is delivered to you fresh and in good condition. 

***SEASONAL SHIPPING - IMPORTANT NOTICE***

Temperature Conditions
Nobody likes melted chocolate! Shipping chocolate to less than ideal warm climates, especially during late spring through summer months, is a challenge. Although we package and protect our products from temporary heat exposure, there are limits to uncontrollable exposure. 

If the destination city’s temperature is 80°F or warmer, please be sure to choose one of our expedited shipping methods including 2-Day or Overnight shipping. When standard USPS priority or ground shipping for such locations with temperatures above 80°F, we are NOT responsible if the chocolate arrives melted and will not offer any refund. 

Every order shipped provides tracking details to communicate shipping and delivery history of your product. If the recipient is unaware of an orders placed (ie Gift) and not notified of it's anticipated arrival and the product has been exposed for extended periods of time to high temperatures such as by being placed in an outdoor mailbox, on a porch or other location not protected by the elements, we will NOT be held responsible for melted product and will not offer any refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure communications with the package(s) arrival to any/all recipients.

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

Shipping rates are currently determined by USPS, based both on the total weight of the order and the distance the shipment will travel. We offer Expedited and Ground Services only to certain areas of the country. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Ground option to all destinations because our chocolate is time and temperature sensitive – we want our chocolate to reach you and your gift recipients looking and tasting just as fresh as it does when it leaves our shop.

If you are placing your order after 4:00 pm MST, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the following business day. Orders place during seasonally warm weather months are NOT shipped Thursday,  Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. During the late fall and winter months, orders are shipped Wednesday through Saturdays and not Sundays. Shipments are not picked up or delivered during national holidays. You will receive email confirmation when your order has shipped.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot ship to international destinations. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by our service providers due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.  We do not ship to Arizona, Hawaii or Nevada. This list will change during and be limited further during the hot spring and summer months.

Delivery Dates
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. 

  • 2 Day Air (delivers weekdays only)
  • Overnight (delivers weekdays only)

No Signature Required
All orders are shipped “no signature required ” which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or melts after delivery has been completed.

Packing Slips
Each order includes a packing list of products in the the box, we do not include any paperwork with pricing in our shipments.
