We stand behind the delivery of orders purchased directly through nocochocolates.com and in alignment with our seasonal shipping policy. We work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered to you fresh and in good condition. Please refer to our shipping page at nocochocolate.com/shipping/ for important information about our  seasonal shipping and delivery policies with requirements.

If an item purchased from nocochocolates.com does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team at orders@nocochocolates.com within 3 days of receipt of your order for assistance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned resulting from elected shipping methods and conditions. Please visit nocochocolate.com/shipping/ for additional information. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

NOCO Chocolates is not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address or non-adherence to our shipping policies. We cannot sell an item once it has been returned to NOCO Chocolate.
